NCHMCT JEE For All India IHM

The National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT) was established in 1982 as an independent organization under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, to collaborate on the learning and expanding the hospitality management education system In India. The Council governs scholars in the field of hospitality education and training at academic institutions affiliated with it.

The NCHMCT-affiliated institutions offer a B.Sc. (Hospitality & Hotel Administration) programme in collaboration with the Indira Gandhi National Open University. The three-year (six-semester) course provides students with all of the necessary skills, understanding, and attitude to carry out overall responsibility in the hospitality industry.

The NCHM JEE exam is required for admission to the curriculum. All participating establishments accept the NCHM JEE score for admittance to the B.Sc (HHA) programs available by their respective units.

This exam is held once in a year and eligibility is appearing 12th or 12th passed. In this exam they take a test of 3 hours with Total 200 Questions consisting Maths 30 question, English 60 Question, Reasoning 30 Question, General Awareness 30 Question and Service Aptitude 50 Questions.

STEP OBEROI

The Oberoi group has begun the OBEROI STEP (Systematic Training and Education Program) examination, which is simply an online application for students. For the past 11 years, the Oberoi Group has been undertaking these exams.

The STEP programme is not only integrated into the Hospitality Education Program, but it also includes practical training in hotels. Students accepted into this programme are not required to pay any expenses. The Oberoi Group pays their apprentices a monthly stipend for housing, daily meals on duty, uniforms, and medical insurance.

Oberoi STEP assists applicants in contributing to the three-year programme that assists in obtaining vocational experience at Oberoi group hotels. The candidates will be educated in all four hotel departments (front office, house cleaning, meals and drinks, and kitchen).

The Oberoi STEP Application Form will be provided on the Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development’s official site. To apply for the Oberoi STEP interview, applicants must go to the website.

The application must be filled out with educational information and can also specify the location and date of the interview. When registering for the interview, there will be no entry fee for the Oberoi STEP examination.

In STEP firstly they check your Communication Skills if its ok you will be allowed for a written test after those successful students will be called for interview and after its success you will get call letter.

E CHAT FOR IIHM

ECHAT is administered by the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM). The e-CHAT (Electronic Combined Hospitality Aptitude Test) is a university-level entrance exam used to screen applicants for admittance to the IIHM.

Through this exam students get selected in few private colleges of India. The candidate’s rating in ECHAT, constructive debate, and personal interview will be used to make the decision. Candidates can review all of the important information about the IIHM eCHAT, such as the online application, qualifications, exam pattern, and syllabus, among other things.

eCHAT will be a multiple-choice test with objective questions. Language understanding, maths ability, data analysis and interpretation, intelligence and critical reasoning, and knowledge of the Indian and global economies will all be required. In 60 minutes, you will have to answer 50 questions.

The IIHM eCHAT consists of multiple-choice questions. The exam questions assess candidates’ linguistic competence, math skills, data collection and analysis, intelligence and critical thought, and knowledge of the Indian and global economies

Maharashtra BHMCT

Maharashtra Hotel Management Common Entrance Test (MAH HM CET), the state-level entrance exam is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra for admission to the Hotel Management and Catering Technology (HMCT) programmes offered.

This is conducted once in a year. Subjects they check is Maths, English , Logical Reasoning and General Awarness.
